Overview

This full-day session includes everything covered in the half-day option and extends into broader leadership capability building. It goes deeper into team effectiveness, psychological safety, accountability, delegation, feedback in all directions, resilience, leadership identity, and handling difficult conversations with care. The full-day format creates space to step back from day-to-day pressures, reflect, practise tools and learn from others — so the learning sticks.
