About This Workshop

Performance issues don’t become high-risk overnight, but unclear thresholds and inconsistent approaches can quickly lead to escalation.

This session explores how to recognise when performance is moving into a risk space, what good evidence looks like, and when to involve HR or senior stakeholders.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand common escalation triggers and warning signs
  • Learn when to involve HR or trustees and why
  • Recognise risky informal approaches
  • Leave with clearer confidence on what “good evidence” looks like
