All Staff Open Sessions
Awareness training for employees focused on legal understanding, everyday behaviour, and respectful workplace culture.
Learn moreCreating safe workplaces
Practical, interactive training designed to build safer, more respectful and compliant workplace cultures.
Why this matters
Under current legislation, organisations are expected to take proactive, preventative steps to reduce the risk of sexual harassment.
Training is a key part of this - not as a one-off activity, but as something that is revisited regularly to maintain awareness, reinforce expectations, and support a positive workplace culture.
Effective training goes beyond simply completing e-learning. It should create opportunities for people to engage with the content, reflect on real situations, and understand how it applies in practice - particularly for managers and leaders who play a key role in prevention and response.
This is often supported by regular refreshers, ensuring the approach remains active, visible and effective over time.
